罗秀花，女，硕士生导师，博士。1985年3月出生，安徽人。现任中国高等教育学会数学专业委员会理事。主要研究方向：代数表示论、同调代数。已受江苏省教育厅资助留美一年，获得国家留学基金委留学资助一年。主持国家自然科学基金1项，主要参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。在国内外发表学术论文10多篇，被SCI 检索9篇。
