摘要：Coded caching scheme, which is an effective technique to reduce the load during peak traffic times, has recently become quite popular among the coding community. A placement delivery array can be used to design a coded caching scheme. In this talk, we introduce some construction methods and bounds of placement delivery arrays.
报告人介绍：牛晓磊，江苏第二师范学院数学科学学院教师，南京师范大学数学博士。主要研究组合设计及其在编码理论中的应用，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，参与国家自然科学基金2项，主持江苏省高校自然科学基金1项。
